An Instagram Story-styled image appearing to be from a verified Zendaya account — profile photo, handle, blue checkmark, Follow button, and timestamp visible at the top — with a hand holding two ultrasound photos of twins above denim-clad legs. The Story is tagged @jacobelordi (Jacob Elordi). The Story interface elements are part of a fabricated Story recreation rather than a screenshot from the platform.
